How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay for the messages you send, the seats you add and any premium workflows you run. There is no fixed monthly fee.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. You can start sending and exploring ConverseOne without a credit card. Charges only begin once you cross the free usage threshold.
Do you charge per message?
Messaging is metered by volume. We pass through channel provider fees at cost and add our platform fee only for messages sent through ConverseOne.
Can we move to a sales plan later?
Yes. When volume, compliance or support needs grow, contact sales for custom pricing and an enterprise agreement.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on the pay-as-you-go plan. Enterprise onboarding is scoped with you before anything is signed.
