Agreement to terms
By creating an account, accessing or using ConverseOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ConverseOne.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear compromised.
What we provide
ConverseOne is a cloud-based customer engagement platform that combines messaging channels, CRM, marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, automation workflows, AI agents, billing and analytics. Features vary by plan. We may update, add or remove features as the product evolves, and we will communicate material changes in advance when possible.
Acceptable use
You may use ConverseOne only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including messaging consent rules, data protection regulations and anti-spam laws. You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, upload malware, attempt to breach security, infringe intellectual property, harass individuals, or use the platform to process prohibited content such as illegal goods or hate speech.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload, import or generate through ConverseOne. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to share the data and that its processing does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend access after reasonable notice. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.
Third-party channels and integrations
ConverseOne connects to messaging providers, social platforms, payment gateways and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by third parties, although we work to keep integrations current.
Intellectual property
ConverseOne and its branding, code, designs and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared in connection with the service. This does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from another source.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConverseOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConverseOne from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your data, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or create risk for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends; we may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ConverseOne is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, either party may pursue remedies in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
